Absolutely! Roark is adaptable to all fitness levels. Our coaches are well-equipped to scale and adapt workouts where necessary to give you the best hour of fitness possible.

Each session is 60 min long

We offer a range of membership plans tailored to different fitness goals and lifestyles. We are a fitness centre dedicated to your journey.

A typical Roark workout changes daily but at its core, it has four elements: a warm-up, strength work, conditioning, and cool down. Each workout is scalable so everyone can join in, regardless of their fitness level.

No special equipment is needed. Comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes are recommended. Roark is equipped with all the equipment that you will use! Equipment includes: Pull-up Bars, Squat rigs, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Slamballs, Medballs, Concept 2 Rowers, Air Bikes, Ropes, RPM Speed Skipping Ropes, Abmats, Resistance Bands and more.

Yes, we offer a free trial class for new members.

Do you need a degree to go to college? You definitely do not need to be fit to start Roark. Less than 30% of our new members have tried functional group training before and our classes always have a variety of ages, shapes, sizes, and experience levels. Most importantly, we always start newcomers in a class with their coach to teach them the fundamental movements and how to do them safely and effectively. So don’t worry about your current level of fitness, it’s about where you’re going, not where

It combines constantly varied, functional movements performed at different intensities. This approach to fitness allows you to work on multiple muscle groups and develop all aspects of physical fitness, ensuring that your body doesn’t get used to any one type of workout.

The community aspect of Roark also plays a significant role in its success. Our gym provides a supportive environment where members encourage and push each other to new heights. We have a WOMEN ONLY GYM. In a women-only gym, you can be confident that the only people there will be women. You don’t need to explain why you’d rather workout around women. We understand that you simply feel safer and more relaxed in a female environment. Workout with women who share the goals of being kind, understanding and respectful.
